CA Standard Shipping – Canada (Free)

Carrier: Canada Post (tracking included)

US Standard Shipping – USA

Cost: Free US shipping with tracking on orders over $250
Delivery Time: 5–9 business days
Carriers: Canada Post (tracking included)
Processing Time: Up to 3 business days before shipping.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside Canada & USA)

Cost: CAD $70 (flat rate, up to 2.0 kg)
Delivery Time: 10–15 business days
Carrier: Canada Post – International Tracked
Processing Time: Up to 3 business days before shipping.

Note: This rate does not apply to wholesale orders. Please contact us for custom arrangements.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Mandatory)

All shipments to the USA and all international destinations are subject to mandatory customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the receiving country.

These fees:

  • Are required by the laws and regulations of the destination country

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • Must be paid by the receiver at the time of delivery

  • Are determined solely by each country's customs authority, not by Origin Colombia or the courier

Origin Colombia does not cover, reimburse, or waive any duties, taxes, or customs-related charges.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, import fees, or any other customer-related reason, any return shipping fees, customs charges, courier fees, or processing costs will be deducted from the refund.

A 10% restocking fee may also apply.

Refunds are issued only after the item is returned to us and received in its original condition.

Additional Shipping Notes

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. Origin Colombia is not responsible for delays caused by customs or destination-country import procedures.
